This Privacy Policy explains how Jigyasu ("Jigyasu", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Jigyasu Sales CRM (the "Service"), an internal business application used by our authorised personnel.

• Account information — your name, work email, phone number, role, and reporting manager, created when an administrator sets up your account.
• Business records — information about schools, contacts, leads, demos, follow-ups, and deals that users record to carry out sales activities, including contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Activity and audit logs — sign-in and sign-out events, page views, and an audit trail of changes (who changed what and when), used for security and accountability.
• Technical data — cookies and similar identifiers strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely.

2. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and operate the Service and its sales workflows.
• To authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and prevent unauthorised access.
• To maintain an audit trail and diagnose problems.
• To send operational notifications (for example, account setup and lead activity emails).

Records such as the audit trail are retained as part of our accountability controls. User accounts are deactivated rather than deleted so that historical activity remains attributable.
