Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jigyasu Sales CRM (the "Service"), an internal business application operated by Jigyasu ("Jigyasu", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Authorised use

The Service is provided for the internal business purposes of Jigyasu and its authorised personnel only. Access is granted by an administrator; accounts are for named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials confidential and set a strong password on first sign-in.
• Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Access may be suspended or revoked at any time — for example when you change roles or leave the organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data you are not authorised to view, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
• Export, copy, or share customer, school, or lead data except as needed for your work.
• Upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or Jigyasu policy.

4. Data you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you record in the Service, including contact details for schools and individuals. You confirm you have a valid business basis to record and process that information. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than data you enter), is owned by Jigyasu and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and maintenance may occur, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jigyasu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by your administrator.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of Jigyasu's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
